Pickling and fermenting are delicious, healthy ways to make the most of fresh, seasonal produce and enjoy it for months to come.

Join us for a hands-on Pickling Workshop and learn how to turn seasonal ingredients into jars of flavour you can enjoy — or share — for months to come.

What you’ll learn

  • Simple, reliable pickling and fermentation recipes
  • Which vegetables work best for preserving
  • How to store your produce safely and confidently
  • Creative ways to enjoy or share your preserved produce

What to bring

  • A sharp knife (safely covered)
  • A chopping board
  • Your own jar/s (if you prefer)

We’ll provide tea, coffee, and something delicious to enjoy while we learn together.
